PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We assume that all data provided by you in the job application form and your CV – including, but not limited to, your first name, surname, identity number, date of birth, marital status, contact address, educational background, work experience and reference details, as well as special category personal data such as health and criminal convictions – is accurate and up to date. We process this data within the scope of our legal relationship with you, to create employment opportunities, support the recruitment process, contact you regarding other suitable positions in the short or long term, obtain the opinion of the line manager and/or the reference you have provided to assess your suitability for the role, improve service quality, and carry out marketing activities, and that, where deemed necessary, it may be shared with third parties both domestically and/or abroad; and that we will carry out all these activities in compliance with the limits and timeframes set out in the Law No. 6698 on the Processing of Personal Data, whilst taking the necessary security measures.
YOUR RIGHTS
(1) Anyone may, by contacting the data controller, in relation to themselves:
• a) Find out whether personal data is being processed,
• b) If personal data has been processed, request information regarding this,
• c) to find out the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
• ç) to know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, whether within or outside the country,
• d) to request the rectification of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• e) To request the erasure or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 7,
• f) To request that the actions taken pursuant to sub-paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• g) To object to a decision being made solely through the automated processing of data that adversely affects the individual,
• ğ) To claim compensation for any damage suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data,

I have been provided with the information notice, I have been informed both verbally and in writing, and within this framework, I consent to the storage, use, retention, processing, and transfer of my personal data to third parties both within and outside the country.
